EIIPD Undertaking more Sessions of the Seminar on Civic and Voters Education

The Ethiopian International Institute for Peale and Development (EIIPD) is currently undertaking more sessions of the seminar on Civic and Voters Education in several of the sub-citers of Addis Ababa. The EIIPD is conducting the seminar in Nefasilk/ Lafto sub-city.

 It is to be recalled that the EiIPD finalized the seminars for trainers in October. The seminars focused on law enforcement agencies, ministries as well as a authorities drown from various public and private institutions.

 The EIIPD carried out the seminars in collaboration with the Civic and Voters Education Association a consortium of 17 civil societies, professional associations and research institutions, of which the EIIPD is a member.

 The objective of the seminars is to contribute to the democratization process underway in the country through a wareness generation about principles and values of democracy and sensitization among various levels of the democratic rights the federal system, decentralization and good governance.
